Sale agreement for the EV USB Studio software licence
This document is an official offer (public offer) by Индивидуальный предприниматель Станкевич Марк Максимович (the "Seller") to grant a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use the EV USB Studio software (the "Software") on the terms below.
1. Subject
The Seller grants the right to use EV USB Studio - an app for preparing a USB drive for Tesla vehicles. The Software is a digital product; basic features are free, full access is unlocked after payment and code activation.
2. Price and payment
The price of full access (one-time payment, perpetual licence) is 1350 ₽, shown at evusbstudio.com. Payment is made by bank card (MIR, Visa, Mastercard - Russian and foreign) via the Robokassa payment service. Acceptance of this offer is the payment for full access.
3. Delivery
After payment the Buyer receives a unique activation code by email and/or it activates in the app. The code binds to one device; if the Software is deleted, the code is freed and can be used on another device. The product is deemed delivered once the code is provided.
4. Rights to the software
The Software is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, distribution, decompilation and sharing the activation code with third parties are prohibited. EV USB Studio is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.; "Tesla" is a trademark of Tesla, Inc., used to indicate compatibility.
5. Refunds
As the product is digital and delivered by code immediately after payment, refunds are not made after the code is provided, except where the Software does not work due to the Seller's fault and the issue is not fixed within a reasonable time. Refund questions - to support@evusbstudio.com.
6. Liability
The Seller is not liable for consequences of misuse of the Software or for the operation of the vehicle's hardware and software. The Buyer is responsible for the safety of their own data on the USB drive.
