Privacy and personal data policy

This Policy is prepared in accordance with the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and defines how the Operator processes personal data.

2. What data is processed
- email address - provided at payment to send the activation code and for purchase support;
- an anonymised device identifier - the activation code is bound to it;
- payment data (fact, amount, method, id). Bank card details are not processed or stored by the Operator.
3. Purposes
Issuing and verifying the licence (activation code), performing the contract (public offer), customer support, and - only with separate consent - sending news about new app versions.
4. Legal basis
The data subject's consent, performance of a contract to which the subject is a party, and requirements of Russian law.
5. Storage and protection
Personal data of Russian citizens is processed and stored using databases located in the Russian Federation. Data is kept no longer than necessary for the stated purposes, with restricted access.
6. Third parties
Payment services (incl. YooKassa and a crypto gateway) are used to accept payments and process payment data under their own policies. Data is not shared with anyone else except as required by law.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies to remember your language choice and technical settings. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask to correct, block or delete it, and withdraw consent by writing to support@evusbstudio.com.
